You have to be very patient order takes a long time, on saying that material seems good only time will tell. Customer service polite and do there best to help.
We like it! Not highest quality but it works and our dog likes it. The straps that hold the bag in place are quite small with metal/plastic hooks that bend easily.
I love my recliner cover. It is very comfortable and my dogs love it too!

My dog LOVES his squeaky plush toys! He carries them round in his mouth and hoards them. In fact, if I buy one for him and one for his sister, despite his choosing his own, he will greedily take his sister's toy too! This one is no exception. As soon as he saw it he was in love ... AGAIN!

We are happy with our purchase. My dog loves it very comfortable for her. We use it for our campervan ideal size. We did have you wait a very long time for it.
We are loving the new travel bed. Looks great, feels secure and most importantly, our dogs love it. The only complaint is it took ages to arrive, but thankfully just in time for a long road trip.
The couch cover is so soft. I love the chocolate brown color. So soft!

I am very impressed with the covers and cushion, they look like they will last and the non-slip backing is very handy, I would say that that the product took about a month to arrive which is much longer than I was expecting.
